Stop and Think: Nutrition Warm-Up
As you begin to better explore how nutrition affects your overall health, its important to truly look at what you are eating so that you can make decisions about the nutritional value of the foods you consume. A good idea is to track your food intake for a week to get a clear picture of your eating habits.
As you work through this module, consider recording the foods you eat daily. You can use the Nutrition Warm-Up document to record the foods you eat for one week. If using this document to record your food intake, be sure to include all foods that you eat, as well as the approximate quantitsies - including liquids you drink along with any vitamin supplements.
