Using the Short/Add Process to Order Materials
Schools and districts will access CTB/McGraw-Hill's Online Test Materials
Adjustments (TMA) system to order additional assessment materials once
their original materials shipment has been received. CTB will accept the
orders between the dates of November 24, 2014 and January 16, 2015.
Retain usernames and passwords used during the Online Ordering window.
These must be used to access the TMA system.

Returning Materials Shipped in Error
If you have received incorrect materials from CTB, notify your District
CSI/Assessment/Program Evaluation ISS immediately. If materials should be
returned to CTB, use the original shipping carton(s) to pack the materials for
return. Add packing materials to secure the shipment in transit.
Ship the carton(s) using a traceable method.
Send the tracking number,
along with your report of incorrect materials, to your District CSI/
Assessment/Program Evaluation ISS.
