the assessment administrators. On each day of the assessment, distribute

Group Information Sheets
(GISs)—scannable documents
that are submitted with each set
of answer documents to be scored
and reported as a single group
School/Group List (SGL)—
document to check the
information used to group the
answer documents
Envelopes—used with the GIS and
the SGL to group student books or
answer sheets for scoring
Give the assessment administrators one
GIS and one envelope for each group to
be scored.
Do not photocopy the GIS
if you run out.
If you need additional
GISs, contact your District CSI/
Assessment/Program Evaluation ISS.
Use a separate SGL for the
