There are various ways to determine style, as evident in the introduction. Style can be ascertained according to artist, period, and region. But, what is style?
Style is how an artist, or a group of artists, expresses themselves through their art. Each artist has his own temperament, or attitude, but their works can share similarities. Take a moment to observe these two café scenes, which were not only produced by different artists, but also during different time periods.
