Transfer all student responses from the Large Print and Braille student books or
answer sheets to a standard student book or answer sheet prior to shipment. Use a
No. 2 pencil to transfer all responses.
Prepare answer documents for shipping (page 38).
Make sure that Teacher Test Directions are not returned to CTB. They should be
stored with unused student books and Kurzweil CD-ROMS in a locked location.
Package and ship completed assessment booklets using labels from Test Coordinator

Count the number of cartons to be shipped and keep a list with number and date
shipped to CTB for tracking later, if needed (pages 39–40).
Provide shipment tracking number to the District CSI/Assessment/Program Evaluation
ISS (page 40).

Check that all reports and the reports CD have arrived. You should receive the
