Find the perimeter and area of the parallelogram below.

Find the value of a and b in the figure below. The perimeter is equal to 84 inches. The area is equal to 280 square inches.

P = 2(20) + 2(3a + 7) = 84

40 + 6a + 14 = 84

6a = 30
