Anchor Text: Compare and Contrast

In this section, you will practice your analysis skills through creating a “compare and contrast” reflection on two creation myths of your choice. You will work through the skills of pulling apart the elements of story structure in each, determining what they have in common, and the unique elements of each.

As part of this activity, you will also work through some of the steps in the writing process. The writing process is a step-by-step method of brainstorming, putting together ideas, revising, and creating a final product that has been examined for spelling, grammar, or any other errors. Going through the steps of this process will help you improve your writing and make sure you are presenting your best, most well-organized ideas for any writing activity.
