Review the lyrics to the Beatles' song Revolution:

Think about the Beatles' words and how the world has been changed again and again by great ideas such as all men are created equal and all people deserve the right to vote.

The Beatles had it right. They understood that everyone has his/her own idea of what needs to be done to make the world a better place. And even more importantly, that we should work to make the world better, in a non-violent way.

Changing the world starts with an informed opinion. Add compelling arguments based on evidence and logical refutation of arguments against that idea. Then spread the word. That's the way to start a revolution. And that is the point of this section: making arguable claims and a solid thesis.
