Chapter 10: Preschool Services
DoDEA, in conjunction with the military department, provides special education and related services to
students three through five years of age with disabilities. Preschoolers with disabilities receive special
education and related services. This chapter outlines requirements for students eligible to receive
Preschool Services for Students with Disabilities (PSCD). Unless otherwise specified, special education
procedures that apply to school-age students also apply to preschool students.
