UCR offers many areas to earn a license or bachelor’s degree and is reasonably priced so as to offer a higher education for everyone. |
Costa Rica has one of the highest literacy rates in Central America. This is due to the emphasis placed on education by the government. Costa Ricans are provided a free public education in elementary and secondary schools. Subjects like English and Computer Science are mandatory; as well as wearing the national school uniform. The uniform itself identifies what school students attend and, depending on the color and style, in what level the student is .
