はなみ, Viewing Cherry Blossoms
はなみ is a spring tradition in Japan. はな, literally flowers, refers to さくら, cherry blossoms. They bloom in spring and people usually go to parks to enjoy viewing the flowers. They usually have a picnic and sometimes sing songs on カラオケ.
