Writing Preparation: Create a Story

You will complete an assignment covering this material.

You are going to write a story based on one of the pictures shown below. The pictures will cue you to write about things that you know how to say now. Be sure to take some time to think about this assignment. First you are going to see the pictures and you will be given some things to think about, questions to ask yourself to get you thinking about what you know how to say. Then you will simply put it all together in Japanese.

Here are the pictures that you will base your story on:

Who is she? Where is she from? Where does she live? What is her town like?	What time of day is it? Where is she coming from? Where is she going? What is she going to do there? What does she like?	What day of the week is it? What is in her backpack? What subjects does she like? Does she have homework? Is she smart?
