Roberta is going to tell you a bit about “unos comportamientos” or manners. These simple forms of behavior and speech show politeness, respect, and consideration for others and are very important when you are interacting with someone you do not know or who is older than you. Be sure to watch this presentation as many times as you need to feel comfortable. Here are some key concepts she will address: Tú and Usted, Entrada, Salida, Conversación, and Frases Útiles.
