Jai Alai

Welcome to Activities かつどう

しょどう(書道)is Japanese calligraphy. Students are practicing with a brushふで(筆)and ink called すみ(墨).

Correct strokes and stroke orders are essential to create a beautiful work.

You must keep in mind that fluency in Japanese (or any foreign language) does not happen over night. It may seem to be a very slow process to you but it is one that is achieved the more you practice and seek ways to use your new skills.

In Activities かつどう, you will:
  1. talk about your hobbies
  2. talk about sports and other past time activities
  3. make comparison statements
  4. make superlative statements
  5. study art from Japan and Japanese artists
  6. talk about things you like to do (Noun / Dictionary Form of Verb+の)が すです。)
  7. talk about preferences and desires (Pre-MASU form of Verb + たいです。Noun が ほしいです。)
  8. talk about plans (Dictionary Form of Verb +つもりです)
