Sexual Harassment
It is important to take the first step of telling the harasser to stop when dealing with sexual harassment. It could be that he or she may not know they are making the victim uncomfortable.
If the harassment doesn't stop then avoid the harasser and report the offense. There are rules and laws in place in the workplace to stop sexual harassment.
