What We Do
As a team of highly qualified instructional designers with extensive educational experience, we specialize in designing interactive educational products that transform how educators and students engage in learning experiences in the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA). Our products and services support and align to DoDEA's Blueprint for Continuous Improvement, and the two top priorities of the DoDEA Director:
- Priority 1: College and Career Ready (CCR), and
- Priority 2: Restructuring for Student Achievement (RSA).
We take a collaborative approach to create a tailored strategy for success. Our goal is to partner with you to develop, design, and execute powerful teaching and learning experiences that increase productivity, improve performance and inspire continuous focus on excellence through a wide range of learning solutions.
We work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create effective learning products using research-based best practices for teaching and learning.
Examples of our products and services include:
- Designing K-12 curriculum, instruction, and assessment materials using knowledge of current trends and best educational practices DoDEA-wide;
- Designing innovative and effective professional development products which adhere to principles of adult learning and cover a wide range of educational concepts;
- Designing instructional resources and activities utilizing current industry standard web development technologies and other interactive design software;
- Creating interactive products which are learner-friendly, aesthetically pleasing, and demonstrate a strong balance of skills in graphic design, web design, and interactive courseware design; and
- Training curriculum liaisons, specialists, and other leaders in methods for implementing and maintaining effective instruction and assessment in the online environment both in the existing curriculum and in initiatives for curriculum improvement.
Our learning solutions for training and professional development include, but are not restricted to, web-based training (WBT), instructor-led training, Virtual Instructor-led (VILT) and blended learning modalities.
