Attach a return-shipping school identification label to each carton.
These yellow labels are provided in your Test
Coordinator Kits and must be used.

Print the school name and scoring service code on the outside of each
carton. The scoring service codes can be found in Exhibits B and C
at the end of this manual. As an example, for Brussels ES/HS, each
carton would be labeled as shown below.
Mark each carton with a unique number such as
“1 of 3,” “2 of 3,” etc.

Ship the cartons of answer documents to CTB as soon as possible—no
later than five days after the completion of testing in your school.
Use a shipping method that is
traceable
from shipping point to delivery
point. Send the tracking number to your District CSI/Assessment/
Program Evaluation ISS.
Examples of traceable shipping methods
include DHL, FedEx, and UPS. U.S. Mail
is not an accepted traceable shipping
method.
