Prepare Answer Documents
for Shipping
Below are the steps that must be taken to prepare answer documents for
shipment to the CTB Scoring Center.
For Grades 3–9 Multiple Assessments student books:
Place one completed Group Information Sheet on top of the student books.
Place each group of student books in its own pleated envelope. If more than
one envelope is needed for a group, use a second envelope, and so on; label the
envelopes “1 of 3,” “2 of 3,” etc., and stack the envelopes together.
For Grade 3 CAT Plus student books and Grades 4–9 CAT Plus
answer sheets:
Place one completed Group Information Sheet on top of the student books
or answer sheets. Place student books and answer sheets in separate,
appropriately labeled pleated envelopes.
