Here is an example.

You are physically fit. You exercise regularly and eat nutritionally balanced meals. This means you have physical wellness. But, if you ignore your environmental wellness – such as crossing a street against the traffic signal or outside a crosswalk, forgetting to wear your seatbelt, or plugging too many electronics into an electrical outlet, you increase your risk of injury or death.
