Have you ever had someone answer you when you ask how they are doing and they say, "I am well today." What does that really mean? What is wellness?

Wellness is a state of optimal well-being.  There are six components that make up wellness.

Each component of wellness has it’s own personal level. You may have a high level of wellness in one or sereral areas. It is also possible that you have a component of wellness that needs improvement.
