The Brain
In order to fully understand the biological basis of our thoughts, actions, emotions and moods, we must consider the brain. The brain enables the mind – seeing, hearing, smelling, feeling, remembering, thinking, speaking, dreaming, and so on. In this lesson as you are thinking about the brain, you are also thinking with your brain. Countless millions of neurons are firing to create the thoughts in your mind right now.
