Cooperative Learning
Cooperative Learning is the instructional use of small groups so that students work
together to maximize their own and each other’s learning. (Johnson and Johnson,
Holubeck, 1998).
By working together on problem sets in math and sharing their perspectives in
roundtable discussions in English, students at The College Preparatory School are
making collaboration the driving force in their learning.
