Educator Performance Appraisal System

There are two systems used: DoDDS and DDESS. The DoDDS Educator Performance Appraisal System is used to evaluate the performance of teachers who are stationed overseas. The DDESS Educator Performance Appraisal System is used to evaluate the performance of teachers stationed in the United States.
