Japanese noodle shop This photo shows one of the traditional fast food restaurants in Japan. The restaurant sells うどん, wheat noodle, and そば, buckwheat noodle. As you see, the customers stand while slurping うどん or そば. Tickets are sold at the vending machines at the entrance. It is really fast!!
