Not only is it important to read the food label, you should also compare labels. For practice in comparing labels examine the following two pizza labels to determine which is better for you.

Pizza A is lower in calories, fats, cholesterol, and salt. It is higher in fiber, and in 3 of the 4 vitamins. Choose Pizza A.
