Teacher Leadership
Teacher leaders are embedded into the school site through teaching in classrooms,
serving as instructional coaches, and fostering change through the CSI process. The
role of the teacher leader is to enhance student achievement through promoting
effective teaching practices in all classrooms and contributing to collective leadership
