Tutorial: Adult and Child CPR
Although the following presentations can tell you what to do in an emergency, only practice can make you proficient, and only a professional can assure you that you are using the skills correctly.
The American Heart Association and The American Red Cross are only two of the many agencies that offer CPR training. You are encouraged to contact them for a course to become officially certified.
View the tutorial below on CPR. It is a good idea to take notes while watching as you will be responsible to know the proper procedure. Select the play button to begin the tutorial, and then use the navigation buttons to pause/stop and continue the tutorial. View the presentation as often as you would like, and be sure to set your volume at a reasonable level before you begin.
