Think of all the things you love to do on a daily basis: hang out with friends, go to the park, see a movie, play on the volleyball team, cook a special dinner, or go to band practice. Knowing how to make choices that keep you healthy is important for many reasons. Perhaps the most important reason to students is that staying healthy allows you to keep doing all those things you love.

In this mental and emotional health module, you will find out about the basics of health education: the main types of health, the components of a healthy lifestyle, and one way to approach making healthy choices and decisions.
