  3. saying at what time you are going

Cranberry Brioche

Ingredients

15 g (1/2 oz.) yeast
425 g (4 1/4 cups) flour
8 ml (1/2 tbsp.) salt
75 g (3/8 cup) sugar
180 g (3/4 cup) butter
300 ml (10 oz.) milk
4 eggs
125 g (4 1/2 oz.) dried cranberries

 


Preparation

Combine the flour, salt, sugar, yeast and cranberries, and add in the butter.
Combine the milk and eggs.
In a mixer, blend together the first mixture.
Add the second mixture and mix until the dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl.
Place into a bowl and cover.
Let rest in the refrigerator for 24 hours before using.
Place the dough into a buttered terrine mould.
Bake in a 180° C (350° F) oven.
