physicals, office visits, and screenings (vision, hearing, postural, blood pressure,
height/weight/BMI and dental) and referrals are to be documented in the system. A

http://www.dodea.edu/employees/SISGuide/index.cfm .Each district has a nurse SIS Health Module trainer. The district SIS Health
Module trainer and the district SIS ET can be contacted for information and instructions
on the utilization of the system. When additional assistance is needed with program
navigation, the district SIS Health Module trainer can log into the school nurses’ screen
using the DoDEA Screen Connect to view what is seen by individual nurse and assist in
problem solving and program navigation.
