In your journal, create a dated entry to describe the history of the area you observed on the previous page. You can refer back to the image and the rollover text as you do so. Your entry should be written in a "First. . .next. . .last" format. Tell what happened first and then describe all the events that happened after that.

To get you started, the first event was the formation of sedimentary rock layer A. Now describe all the events that happened, and do so in the correct order until you get to the formation of rock layer E.
