PBJ Crumble Bars
- Line a pan.
- Beat together butter and peanut butter.
- Use a large bowl and an electric mixer.
- Beat at medium speed until fluffy.
- Use low speed until a dough forms
- Include brown sugar with the butter and peanut butter
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- Add egg and beat until combined
- Mix in flour and salt
- Put the oven rack in the middle position
- Press the remaining dough evenly in the pan
- Reserve 1 cup of dough for topping
- Line the pan with tin foil.
- You'll need 30 minutes
- Choose a baking pan
- Crumble the reserved dough over the jelly
- Spread jelly on top of the dough
- Bake for 30 - 35 minutes
- Bake until top is golden brown
- Cool on a rack
- Cool for about 45 minutes
- Cut into bars
- You'll make 24 bars
- Keep in the pan while cooling
- You'll need 1 ¾ hour total

o ¾ stick (6 tablespoons) unsalted butter, softenedo 6 tablespoons peanut butter
o ½ cup packed light brown sugar
o 1 large egg
o 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
o ½ teaspoon salt
o ½ cup grape jelly
