Welcome to the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) Virtual High School (DVHS). As part of our mission to provide exemplary educational programs that inspire and prepare students for success in a global environment, DVHS offers a variety of online courses to meet the academic and career-oriented goals of DoDEA eligible students. Course offerings, including Advanced Placement courses, are designed to address all DoDEA graduation requirements.
The online courses offered by DVHS have the same level of rigor and adhere to the same standards as the traditional DoDEA curriculum. The DVHS online courses provide the additional benefit of preparing students for success in the 21st century environment.

DoDEA Virtual High School uses the same criteria for eligibility as DoDEA schools. Eligibility for enrollment in DoDEA's overseas school system is determined through categories.
Eligibility for attendance in DoDEA America schools remains the same-the sponsor must be assigned permanent quarters on the installation and an active duty or federal civilian employee.

The DoDEA Virtual High School (DVHS) now offers a huge variety of eBooks! The DVHS eLibrary collection includes non-fiction eBook titles and curriculum reference materials selected specifically to support DVHS curriculum and instruction.
Teachers can use these materials when planning instruction and students may use them to supplement their learning or pursue further interests within the content area they are studying. Due to product licensing and subscription requirements, only DVHS students are authorized to use the DVHS eLibrary.
