Tutorial: Literary Timeline
To enjoy historical criticism fully, you need to have some background information about the period you are studying. The tutorial that follows will use a timeline to fill you in on the periods of literature we have been looking at from Native American literature up through the Enlightenment.
Select the play button to begin the tutorial, and then use the navigation buttons to pause/stop, continue, or reset the tutorial. View the presentation as often as you would like, and take notes as you follow along. Be sure to set your volume at a reasonable level before you begin. Don't forget to click on the tabs to display important text that you will be quizzed on.
