Basic Angles and Radian Measures: Introduction
In this section you will study the two units of measure of angles, degrees and radians. Degrees and radians are used to calculate speeds of telescopes orbiting around the earth; they are used in the trigonometric ratios that you learned about in the previous section, and in real life scenarios such as surveying. In this section we will also begin to introduce a very useful tool called a unit circle. This tool will be used in this course along with other math courses further on in your studies.
